Ready to truly be open to who you are, who you is?

This one-day event will help you to awaken to these aspects of yourself. It is an intuitive process. We work together. Divining into the grace of our true self, surfacing, sharing and breathing together.

Do you have the courage and staying power? Are you Ready?

You should bring:

• a light (potluck) lunch to share,
• paper and a writing tool,
• your good self, and your great heart.
• a pillow and possibly a light blanket
• Your willingness to be open to yourself, your power, your grace, your beauty.

There will be THREE breathwork sessions during this workshop!

This is a gift economy-based event.

You can gift money, food, services, time, assistance - whatever you want and to whatever amount you feel honours the time, space, work, effort, insights and understandings you take from this workshop.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?

Lerchehuset is very well served by public transport. Jyderup station is a short 5-minute stroll away, and several buses stop very close to Lerchehuset itself, and there is ample free at Lerchehuset.

Consider ridesharing if you come from Copenhagen/Roskilde/Holbæk/Kalundborg.
